Trail Mix


Ingredients:  

cereal such as Cheerios or Rice Chex
nuts such as walnuts, almonds, peanuts or pecans
raisins or dried cherries or cranberries
chopped chocolate 70%

Mix together:

3 cups cereal
1/3 cup nuts
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup (about 1.5 oz) chopped chocolate candy

Divide the trail mix into several smaller serving-sized containers.


Makes 4 one cup servings with about 174 calories, 3 g protein, and 2 g fiber each.
